Small local Edmonton retail shop is looking for a reliable part-time customer service associate for evening and weekend shifts.
This role is mainly customer service. You’ll be helping customers in-store, answering basic questions, keeping the shop clean and organized, packing online orders, restocking products, and helping make sure customers have a comfortable, professional experience.
Some local deliveries may be required using a company vehicle, so a valid driver’s licence is needed.
Duties include:
Greeting and helping customers
Answering product and order questions
Packing online orders
Keeping shelves stocked and tidy
Light cleaning and closing duties
Occasional local deliveries
Requirements:
Must be 18+
Valid driver’s licence
Available evenings and weekends
Reliable and on time
Comfortable in an 18+ retail environment
Professional, discreet, and respectful with customers
Retail, customer service, delivery, or reception experience is helpful, but reliability and attitude matter most.
