The Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef assist the Head Chef in running the daily culinary department of the Resort.
The ideal Candidate possesses excellent trend-conscious Culinary skills, likes the outdoors and is a good team player.
• Previous culinary experience required.
• Passion for the kitchen and for producing quality products
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
