Responsibilities
• Assist with rubber lining, grinding, blasting, and material prep
• Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely
• Load, move, and organize materials
• Follow shop procedures and safety requirements
• Support tradespeople and lead hands as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
• Ability to work day or night shift
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Previous experience in blasting, grinding, or rubber lining is an asset but not required
