On the morning of November 13, 2023, I inadvertently collected the wrong laptop while in security screening at the USA Connections (from Canada to the USA) at Vancouver International Airport YVR.
I'm trying to find the other traveler, to return his laptop, and hope that he has my laptop, as well.
His is a 15" HP Laptop, silver/grey, with numpad, no touchscreen, has the fingerprint scanner, and french canadian keyboard layout. His login screen shows his first name (Starts with an A) and a photo.
My laptop is identical from the exterior, but inside I have a touchscreen, standard keyboard layout, and no fingerprint scanner.
My best guess about the owner of the laptop in my possession is that he lives or works in the Mountain timezone, which is what the computer is set to. So perhaps an Edmonton or Calgary local? Mine would be on Pacific time. If the owner has a tracker in his laptop, I have connected it to the internet and am keeping it charged.
