Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the company's corporate sales strategy to achieve sales objectives and performance targets.
- Identify and pursue new corporate clients in the robotics and automation sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Due to the rapid updates of our company's products, participate in determining strategic planning related to new products to ensure their successful performance in the target market.
- Develop a deep understanding of E-Pro Bot's robotic solutions and services. Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to the management team for product and service improvements.
- Oversee the recruitment, organization, and management of sales team members, providing comprehensive training and development plans for the entire team to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge for selling AI robots.

Employment Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with a specialization in sales
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or in related position is required.
- In-depth experience in the field of corporate sales, understanding the sales process, and the needs of corporate clients.
- Possess leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and guiding the sales team to achieve objectives.
- Have a certain level of understanding in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence, capable of comprehending and conveying the value of the company's products.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand market trends and formulate corresponding sales strategies.
