We are looking to add capable, well-rounded new members to our corporate office team. Our goal is to bring in extra hands to assist our in-house bookkeeping staff and executive suite with a variety of essential administrative functions.
- Auditing and correcting Accounts Payable data entry.
- Document management tasks including filing, scanning, printing, and copying while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Assisting with routine payroll processes, including regular time card auditing and vacation request processing.
- Light phone calls and appointment setting.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office area, including maintaining supply levels.
Other administrative duties will be assigned as needed, including mailing and shipping tasks and some assistant items.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good phone demeanour
- MS Office proficiency, especially MS Excel
