Yes it is old, but in pretty decent shape except for a skylight roof leak water damage that needs repair. Selling due to health reasons. Everything works as of parking it last. I do maintenance for a living so it had top notch care and I have all the bills to prove it. Newer awning cover and tires. Flipped axles for newer model truck heights and ground clearance. Rear boat hitch and wiring. Interior is beautiful with all solid oak cabinets and mirrors and lots of them. Fabrics still in great shape. One way tinted windows provide absolute privacy during the day as well as reduce solar heating. Rear kitchen with lots of cupboard space. Rare 4 burner stove. Large fridge. A/C and heat combo roof unit. Microwave. New DVD stereo c/w very loud exterior weather proof clip on Klipsch speakers. New roof speakers, but 2 have to be installed in bedroom. Tub w/handheld shower. Queen bed with storage under and cupboards above. Will throw in 'new in box' backup camera that needs install. Needs batteries. Tanks may need re certifying? Very large ground mat that covers the entire awning area. You won't find this anywhere else as it came from a pulp mill dryer. Water goes right through it.

Don't let the age of this unit scare you away. It was top of the line in its day and still is camping luxury. It needs to be seen to be appreciated. This is a steal at this price! It has years left of use in it. I honestly wish I could keep using it.

It is located in a locked compound at Hwy 16 and RR213 1 mile east of the weigh scales. New storage lease negotiable with the owners I am sure. Appointments only for viewings and I prefer weekend mornings, or mid afternoon weekdays only due to my work schedule. Serious inquiries only.
