Salary: $50K-$60K a year DOE, plus commissions (equaling $100K-$120K total comp per year). Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
Comprehensive Benefits Package.

Company-provided vehicle plus gas/mileage allowance.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 40 – 44 Hours per week.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates or post-secondary in Business preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in crane business/equipment sales a must.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to do basic mathematical calculations.
Exceptional people skills and the character to maintain honesty and ethics as a principle guideline.
Strong communication and grammatical skills in English.
Thorough understanding of material handling equipment such as hoists, overhead cranes and auxiliary crane components, crane services such as crane repairs and inspections, contract terms and processes.
Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of design and configuration problems.
Able to work in an independent manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales activities that support established sales objectives while developing new opportunities for additional growth within budgeted guidelines.
Maintain existing and expand our service customer base for inspections and repairs, in line with company expectations and guidelines.
Act as the liaison between major clients and the internal operations of the company.
Expand sales to current clients, through cold calling, timely quotation and follow up calls.
Assistance in the development of sales strategies which will enhance the return on the company’s business investment.
Other duties/special projects as required.
This person will work the majority of the time outdoors exposed to hot and humid conditions, to heavy rains, to cold and freezing conditions.
Sitting, driving, walking, talking and listening for long periods.
Extensive travel to various client locations is required.
