Position Overview
As a Road Ally service provider, you will assist customers with vehicle-related issues and roadside service requests. You will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional service while representing Road Ally in the field.
We are currently accepting applications from experienced automotive workers who are dependable, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Provide professional roadside assistance and automotive support
Assist customers with common vehicle issues
Perform services such as battery boosts, tire changes, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, diagnostics, minor repairs, towing support, or other automotive services
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Arrive prepared with the proper tools and equipment
Follow service instructions and complete jobs properly
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Represent Road Ally in a professional manner

Requirements
Valid driver’s licence
Access to a reliable vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Automotive, mechanical, roadside assistance, towing, detailing, or related service experience
Own tools and equipment for the services you provide
Strong communication skills
Professional attitude with customers
Ability to travel to customer locations
Ability to work independently
Must be reliable, punctual, and service-oriented
